Project Description:
The Nisqually Indian Tribe contracted KMB to design a new parking garage to meet the expanding needs of the casino with the non-smoking expansion. We also provided construction documents for a new retaining wall, a 25-foot fire access road along the back of the parking garage, and upgrades to site utilities. The parking garage addition has five levels and includes a stair tower and an elevator/lobby with a second story walkway for patron access to the new casino addition. The design of the parking garage matches the non-smoking addition with a warm mix of brick along the entrance walls to seamlessly align the two new structures.
