Project Description:

KMB completed Phase I of the 3-story 800 Building for Grays Harbor College in 2015, providing design and construction administration for the addition of a new building entrance and canopy, new vestibule doors and windows, and a new interior hall and stair enclosure. The newly designed spaces received new floors and wall finishes, as well as new lighting. KMB integrated existing components of the building, salvaging wood panels and relocating them into the remodel demonstrating resourcefulness and preserving the original character of the building. Phase II improvements, completed in 2016, include alterations to the upper level and cosmetic work to the lower level.
