Tony Lindgren, PE, Associate DBIA | Partner
Approachable. Communicator. Enthusiastic. Empathetic. Leader.
Tony joins the KMB architects’ team after a long stint with the Tacoma Public Utilities Water Division, where he led a team of 150 employees. A big believer in the philosophy of servant leadership, Tony has a knack for understanding problems and recognizing opportunities, empowering teams to provide solutions and deliver value. Tony attacks every aspect of operations with a contagious enthusiasm, leading by example and developing a company culture that inspires.
“Having the opportunity to help an organization grow, to lead a firm with a clear idea of the values and culture that’s desired in order to be successful, to shape an organization and the individuals within it -- that’s what I signed up for.”
Outside of work, Tony gets together with his large extended family, plays golf, and explores books about leadership and motivation. Whatever time is left over, Tony dedicates to a long list of boards for community organizations, where he takes pride in being of service to others.
