Joining KMB with a background in interior design and architecture, Marisa possesses a wide and varied portfolio full of intriguing projects and experiences. Having earned her Bachelor of Architecture from the University of San Francisco, Marisa got her start in the design world through an internship at a local studio. Having been exposed to contracting, construction administration, client relations, and several creative and technical interior architectural processes, Marisa now applies her knowledge to design and conceptual work within a diverse selection of projects.

While earning her degree, Marisa joined a program delivering philanthropic and ecologically focused design and construction work internationally. Through this work she gained valuable, hands-on experience and developed her unique architectural perspective. Open to new ideas, eager for growth, and willing to jump into any project and project type, Marisa is motivated by design that is backed by purpose and meets the needs of end-users day in and day out.
