Project management is Jeb Hardan’s forte, and he understands the value of relationships when it comes to executing his work. Integral to his approach is creating a project management plan at the project outset, which includes evaluating the individual strengths of his team to ensure each member is positioned to be successful. He develops tactics to manage his team effectively, and he encourages a problem-solver’s mindset. Early schedule development, effectively communicated to the internal team, subconsultants, and the client, is another key to Jeb’s approach.

Jeb has demonstrated his strong project management skills through a variety of K-12 school projects in Washington and Oregon, including new construction, replacement schools on occupied sites, and major renovations and modernizations. With many projects executed via GC/CM contracts, Jeb understands how to partner with general contractors to deliver successful outcomes for his projects and clients. This experience helps Jeb see the project from the contractor’s perspective, regardless of the delivery method, so he can effectively advise his team and partners. He believes an important aspect of his role is to ensure his client and their representatives are well informed and happy with the work being performed.
