Project Description:

The Little Creek Casino Resort includes a Luxury Hotel with a Conference Center that accommodates up to 500 guests. KMB architects worked with the Squaxin Indian Tribe leadership team to develop a design that integrated the existing roots and lines of the casino. Heavy trim and the use of peeler poles allows patrons to access the building’s “bones” through texture, scale and structure. The project included a central five-story lobby serving as the hub between the two hotel wings, a secondary two-story Lobby with fireplace, meeting rooms, kitchen, restaurant, Oyster Bar and Lounge, administration, a pool, laundry, and 188 guest rooms.
