Project Description:

KMB provided the design, construction documents and construction administration of the new five-level, parking garage addition that includes a stair tower and elevator/lobby with a second story walkway for patron access to the new casino addition. KMB also provided construction documents for a new retaining wall, 25’ fire access road along the back of the parking garage and upgrades to site utilities for this phase and for planned future phases of construction.
