Description:

KMB led design efforts for the extensive remodel and modernization for SPSCC’s landmark Lacey Campus, Building 1 project. The KMB design team modernized and reconfigured an aging 30 year old building to provide a new home for SPSCC’s Entrepreneurial Center which includes offices for the Small Business Development Center and Thurston County EDC. The project was highly collaborative having involved the College’s key stakeholders, students, local economic development entities, and the Lacey Community. Building design features include integrated student services administrative space, classrooms, computer labs, conference rooms, and breakout spaces. The Design-Build project included collaboration with Korsmo Construction.
